Help Us Keep Our Roads Safe – Your Support Matters!
We face many issues in maintaining our roads. Our steep terrain, heavy rainfall, and constant water runoff take a toll on our infrastructure, making upkeep a constant battle. Every year additonal houses are under construction with many more delivery trucks and worker.

Member contributions go directly toward essential maintenance, drainage improvements, and long-term road solutions. With collective support, we can keep our community accessible and safe for everyone.
Unfortunately, one third of owners do not contribute their fair share.

Our Road Maintenance Services
We take pride in maintaining and repairing the 12 kilometers of roads that directly connect to the Costanera. Our dedicated team ensures that the roads are in optimal condition, providing safe and convenient access to approximately 230 properties.
